SHIPPING Policy

ART808 LTD ships artworks worldwide.

Postal charges for books are calculated at the checkout.

Insured shipping is included in the cost of all limited edition prints and small artworks.

For larger, heavy or framed artworks we offer tailored shipping and insurance services.

HOW LONG WILL MY orders DELIVERY TAKE?

We are a small independent company. Orders are collated at 10am on Monday & Thursdays each week. If an order is placed after 10am on either of these days, it will be mailed on the following order processing day.

STANDARD UK: On average standard UK shipping takes up to 3-4 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days. All UK parcels are shipped either via a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service or via our courier service provider, Flight Logistics. Upon dispatch of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL: With our international shipping service for Europe and North America please allow shipping to take from 4 to 10 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 12 working day’s please contact us at“enquiries@art808.co.uk”. For orders outside Europe and North America please allow from 10 to 16 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact us at “enquiries@art808.co.uk. All international orders will be sent by our shipping partners, Flight Logistics. Upon dispatch of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number.

INSURANCE: All postage services include tailored insurance for loss or damage inline with the value of the order. Insurance is provided by the relevant shipping service.

ART808 LTD is not responsible for international duties or taxes. All orders are sent DAP (delivered at place). All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

ART808 LTD: Compensation for loss or damage during transit is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider. ART808 will oversee and pursue claims on behalf of our customers. If you have a claim, please email “enquires@art808.co.uk” and provide photographic evidence where possible. The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.

In the case that we are unable to deliver a package to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

Occasionally there might be a delay in shipping your artwork; we are a small team, and some of the artworks may be in storage. If this is the case you will be contacted by our team.

ART808 LTD observes the Royal Mail’s & Flight Logistics operational hours, therefore we do not ship artworks on UK bank holidays and weekends. Parcels are sent out on the next working day.
